Registration

The online registration for the 1st Annual UC San Diego Essentials and Advances in Apheresis Therapies in San Diego, CA is closed to the public. Walk-in registrations are welcome at the door.

Special Needs: Advance notice of special needs for physically challenged participants and/or special dietary restrictions is requested. Contact Bermellyn Imamura at bimamura@ucsd.edu or by phone at (619) 543-7263 to request any special accommodations. All requests must be received 10 days in advance of intended activity start date.

*The course syllabus will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive. Printed copies will not be available at the course unless pre-ordered on or before February 15, 2013. Syllabus pre-orders can be submitted when you register.

The syllabus as well as any missing presentations will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.

Cancellation Policy

The full course tuition is refundable, less $100 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before February 22, 2013. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
