Message to Exhibitors

We greatly appreciate your interest in joining us at the Frontiers of Clinical Investigation Symposium – Metabolism 2009 to be held October 8-10, 2009 at the Hilton Torrey Pines Hotel, La Jolla, California. Exhibiting at this annual meeting will provide a unique setting for you and your company’s representatives to interact directly with attendees and speakers.

The theme for the meeting will be "Metabolism 2009," which will explore innovative approaches to bridge laboratory investigation and clinical research in metabolism. The topic stands at the cross roads of many disciplines, including endocrinology, cardiology, musculoskeletal diseases, and gastroenterology. Multi-disciplinary sessions will include basic, translational, and clinical presentations on cutting edge research to provide an integrated approach to understanding the pathogenesis and treatment of metabolic diseases. This symposium will provide unique insights and tools for optimizing and streamlining clinical investigation from discovery to drug development.

All refreshment breaks, poster boards and exhibitors will be located in the same area. Exhibit fees are $1000 and will include:

  • One 6-foot skirted table and two chairs
  • One symposium syllabus per exhibit
  • Company name listed in the syllabus and other printed materials.
  • Two representatives from your company may attend the conference with registration fees waived.

Please print a copy of the Exhibitor Form and send the completed form to Cheryle Genovese (Fax-(858) 822-5908 or cgenovese@ucsd.edu) at your earliest convenience. Space is limited and this form reserves your spot.  Checks should be made payable to UC Regents. Further exhibit information will be given as we near the conference date.  If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact Cheryle Genovese directly at (858) 534-3940.

We look forward to your participation at the meeting!
