Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2010.

Four abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation as listed on the conference program. Other accepted abstracts will be presented during the scheduled poster sessions. All abstracts must be submitted online. The abstract submission deadline is August 25, 2010. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will only be eligible for a poster presentation. Notice of abstract determination will be sent to each applicant by September 14, 2010.

All oral and poster presenters must register for the conference. Please do not wait to register as hotel and registration late fees may apply.

The abstract program works best with Windows Internet Explorer. If you are submitting an abstract using a MAC, Firefox is the recommended browser.

You may edit your abstract and/or view your status at any time prior to the submission deadline via the above link. Please remember your login information and password.

Note: An automated e-mail will be sent confirming your abstract submission. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your abstract submission was not successfully submitted.

Abstract Format
Please read the instructions/guidelines carefully before preparing your abstract.

Check the box beside the name of the primary presenter. List all institutional affiliations beside each authors name. Please note that there is a 250 character limit for each affiliation. Leave a blank line between paragraphs. Abstracts should be single-spaced and left justified. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

Please include the full correspondence information for the presenting author, including cell phone number, work phone number, fax number, e-mail and mailing address.

Oral presentations will be 10 minutes, with a question and answer period immediately following the presentation. 

Poster dimensions are 4 feet high by 4 feet wide (no larger). Push pins will be available.
