Message to Exhibitors

We greatly appreciate your interest in joining us at the 5th Annual Frontiers of Clinical Investigation Symposium – Pain 2010: Bench to Bedside to be held October 14-16, 2010
at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel in La Jolla, California. Exhibiting at this annual meeting will provide a unique setting for you and your company’s representatives to interact directly with attendees and speakers.

The meeting will begin Thursday afternoon with a keynote speaker, poster session and a wine and cheese reception, and will conclude Saturday at noon. All refreshment breaks and exhibitors will be located in the same area. Exhibit fees are $1200 and will include:

• One 6-foot skirted table and two chairs
• One symposium syllabus
• Company name listed in the syllabus and/or other printed materials

Exhibit space is limited and this form reserves your spot.  Exhibit space checks should be made payable to UC Regents. Further exhibit information will be sent as we near the conference date.
