Pre-Registration for 6th Annual Frontiers of Clinical Investigation Symposium is now closed. Walk-Ins will be welcomed at the door.

*Must submit a letter from Training Program Director with registration to receive this rate.

The general session registration includes course syllabus on USB stick, Thursday PM session, poster session and wine and cheese reception; Friday AM/PM didactic session, Friday continental breakfast, AM/PM breaks and lunch; and Saturday AM didactic session, continental breakfast and AM break.

Confirmation and additional details about the conference will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and payment.

The 6th Annual Frontiers of Clinical Investigation Symposium course syllabus will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive. A printed syllabus will not be available.

Refund Policy

The full course tuition is refundable, less $100, if your cancellation is received in writing prior to October 4, 2011. No refunds will be given after October 4, 2011.

In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
