Message to Exhibitors
We greatly appreciate your interest in joining us at the Brain Tumors: 2nd Annual Collaborative Care Conference to be held Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Catamaran Hotel in San Diego, California. Exhibiting at this annual meeting will provide a unique setting for you and your company’s representatives to interact directly with attendees and speakers. All refreshment breaks and exhibitors will be located in the same area. Exhibit fees are $800 and will include:
- One 6-foot skirted table and two chairs
- One symposium syllabus
- Company name listed in the syllabus and/or other printed materials
- Registration for two company representatives
Please print a copy of the exhibitor form and fax the completed form to Maureen Helinski-Clarke by fax (619) 543-7610 or by e-mail to mhelinski@ucsd.edu at your earliest convenience. Exhibit space is limited and this form reserves your spot. Exhibit space checks should be made payable to UC Regents. Further exhibit information will be sent as we near the conference date.
