Cancellation Policy
The full course tuition is refundable, less $45, if your cancellation is received in writing on or before January 14, 2012. No refunds will be allowed after January 14, 2012. In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, the UC San Diego Office of Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
