The course syllabus will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive. Printed copies will not be available at the course.
The syllabus as well as any missing presentations will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.

Cancellation Policy: The full course tuition is refundable, less $50 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before January 25, 2013. No refunds will be allowed after this date.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
