Checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank and should be made payable to UC REGENTS.
Cancellation Policy: The full course tuition is refundable, less $50 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before July 18, 2013. No refunds will be allowed after this date.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses
