Certificate Instructions

The last day to complete an evaluation and claim your credit for a course is 14 calendar days from the END DATE of the activity. 

Instructions for Claiming Credit 

1. Click here to access the CME California platform. 
2. Select the TITLE (not select the “View Details” link) of the activity that you attended to complete your evaluation and claim credit. 
3. You will now be directed to the activity evaluation page.
4. Please choose the yellow "SELECT" button located on the top right of the activity page.
5. Enter your User Name and Password OR choose "Create an Account" to set up your account. New accounts must accept the End User License Agreement (EULA). 
6. Enter the ACCESS CODE you received at the activity.
7. Complete the evaluation and claim the amount of hours you spent at the activity.
8. Submit your evaluation and a downloadable .pdf certificate will become immediately available.
9. You may return to CME California at any time to access this certificate through your transcript.
