Registration & Accommodation Fees

Online registration for 20th International HIV Dynamics and Evolution Conference is now closed. Walk-Ins will be welcomed at the door.

The registration and accommodation fee for this program includes registration materials and accommodations for 3 nights at the Grand Hotel Karel V and all meals.

Special Needs: Advance notice of special needs for physically challenged participants and/or special dietary restrictions is requested. Contact Maureen Helinski Clarke or phone at (619) 543-7263 to request any special accommodations. All requests must be received 10 days in advance of intended activity start date.

Checks must be in US dollars, drawn on a US bank and should be made payable to UC REGENTS.

Cancellation Policy

The full course tuition is refundable, less $75 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before May 1, 2013. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
