The full conference registration includes abstract book, daily continental breakfast, lunch and morning/afternoon breaks. More details about the conference will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and payment.
The full course tuition is refundable, less $50 if your cancellation is received in writing prior to January 12, 2012. No refunds will be allowed after this date.
In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
