The UCSD Center for Mindfulness is committed to developing programs of all sorts to support the learning and teaching of mindfulness in a variety of settings. Periodically we offer 2-day workshops intended to provide more content and experience with mindfulness-based interventions than can be gained in a conference or talk, but less intensively (and expensively) thansome of our longer 5-day professional training retreats.

We are always open to exploring new opportunities to train professionals in mindfulness-based interventions, so if you have an idea for such a workshop, please do not hesitate to contact us at mindfulness@ucsd.edu to discuss your ideas.
