A full refund, less $50 will be allowed if requested on or before March 22, 2012. No refunds will be allowed after this date. In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, the UC San Diego Office of Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
