On behalf of the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, we would like to invite you to exhibit at the upcoming conference, 21st Annual West Coast Butters-Kaplan Neuropsychological Conference, to be held March 22-25, 2012 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. The program is intended for neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists, school psychologists, speech therapists, learning specialists, educators, psychiatrists, neurologists, and other interested health care professionals. Acknowledgment will be made of all exhibitors in applicable course materials provided at the conference.

Please download and complete the Exhibit Agreement and e-mail to Maureen Helinski-Clarke or fax it to (619) 543-7610. We will then secure an exhibit table for your company. The exhibit fee is $1000. Checks should be made payable to: Regents of the University of California, Federal Tax Exempt # 95-6006144.
