The course syllabus will be downloadable from the conference website prior to the start of the meeting. Printed copies will not be available at the course.

The syllabus as well as any missing presentations will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.

Checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank and should be made payable to UC REGENTS.

Cancellation Policy: The full course tuition is refundable, less $25 if your cancelation is received in writing, on or before February 14, 2012. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
