Exhibit Space

Dear Exhibitor:

On behalf of the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, and the International Society of Psychiatric Genetics, I would like to invite you to exhibit at the upcoming, 17th Annual World Congress on Psychiatric Genetics, to be held November 4–8, 2009, in San Diego, California.

It is a very exciting time in this field, as new technologies are just beginning to yield insights into the genetics and etiology of mental disorders. The program will present the latest results in genome wide association studies, next generation sequencing, gene x environment interactions, epigenetics and many other aspects of psychiatric genetics. The conference will cover a broad range of topics in psychiatric genetics. An initial Education Day will focus on teaching basic genetics and psychiatric genetics to practicing clinicians and scientists new to the field. This will be followed by three and a half days of meeting where scientists from all around the world will present their latest research results and expert speakers in human genetics will describe relevant advances in technology and examples from other disorders. The target audience will include clinicians such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and pharmacists, as well as genetic scientists conducting research in this area.

Please download and complete the conference Exhibitor Agreement form and email or fax it to (858) 534-7672, I will then secure an exhibit table for your company. The exhibit fee is $5000. Checks should be made payable to: Regents of the University of California, Federal Tax Exempt # 95-6006144.

The meeting will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. The meeting will be held on the second floor in the Elizabeth Ballroom. The exhibits and all refreshment breaks will be in the ballroom and foyer adjacent to the conference meeting room. The exhibit times are as follows: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. The exhibit area will not be locked when the program is not in session, the hotel will not assume any responsibility for contents left in the foyer.
