Submitting your abstract

The abstract program works best with Windows Internet Explorer. If you are submitting an abstract using a MAC, Firefox is the recommended browser. If you are having trouble with the abstract site please contact Mary Chu at m2chu@ucsd.edu.

You may edit your abstract and/or view your status at any time via the above link. Please remember your login information and password.

Abstract Format

Type the title of the abstract in CAPITAL LETTERS. Check the box beside the name of the presenter. List institutional affiliations following the list of authors. Please note that there is a 250 character limit for each affiliation. Leave a blank line between paragraphs. Abstracts should be single-spaced and left justified. Do not exceed 250 words. The term “to be discussed” or anything similar should be avoided.

Please include the full correspondence, cell phone number, work phone number, fax number, e-mail and mailing address for the presenting author. First author and presenting author must complete the faculty disclosure statement prior to the conference.
