Dear Colleagues

It is our great pleasure to invite you to San Diego for the XVII World Congress on Psychiatric Genetics (WCPG). It is a very exciting time in our field, as new technologies are just beginning to yield insights into the genetics and etiology of mental disorders. Come learn of the latest results in genome wide association studies, next generation sequencing, gene x environment interactions, epigenetics and many other aspects of psychiatric genetics. This year we are particularly happy to welcome clinicians with an interest in the latest advances. We encourage you to present your work at the leading meeting in this field. San Diego is a rich scientific environment with numerous famous research institutions such as UCSD, the Salk Institute and Scripps Research Institute, as well as over 500 local biotech and genomics companies. San Diego also has warm, sunny days and cool starry evenings, beautiful beaches, and many recreational opportunities.

Please join us for the premier meeting in this field which will be educational, intellectually stimulating, and entirely enjoyable.
