Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less $100 will be allowed if requested by October 4, 2009. No refunds will be allowed after this date. In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, UCSD Continuing Medical Education, is responsible only for full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
