Visas

It can take up to four months to acquire a US immigration visa to enter the United States. If you are planning to attend the meeting and need a visa, please send an e-mail requesting a letter of invitation for your visa with your name and address and title of your abstract.

The letter of invitation will be delivered by fax unless otherwise requested by the applicant. There will be a $45 administrative fee for processing and shipping letters of invitation that are mailed.
