The Cliff Lodge is a true “ski in-ski out” facility located at one of the most spectacular ski and snow-boarding resorts in the world. The Cliff Lodge features three restaurants, two lounges and the world-class spa which make it the perfect place to return after an exhilarating day on the slopes. A well heated outdoor, 25 yard lap pool and several Jacuzzis are complimentary for all Cliff Lodge guests.

Note: During heavy snowfall, access between some condominiums and the Cliff Lodge meeting rooms may be restricted due to avalanche control, especially in the early morning.
Reservation Deadline: Reservations must be received by December 26, 2012 for the January meeting and by February 9, 2013 for the March meeting. A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the above rates. After the cut-off date or once the room block is full, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rates. A deposit for two night’s lodging is required at time of booking. The balance, with tax, is due 30 days prior to arrival. When calling the hotel, please identify yourself as a UC San Diego Radiology Conference participant.
Note: There is a 4 night minimum stay if a Friday or Saturday is included in stay.
The Cliff Lodge Cancellation Fee Timeline:
- More than 30 days prior to arrival: No fee
- 15-29 days prior to arrival: Two nights cancellation fee
- 14 or fewer days prior to arrival: No refund

The Rustler Lodge

Alta's Rustler Lodge offers its guests the very best in dining, lodging, and personal service. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, exercise room, wireless internet and business center, children's programs and spa services. The ideal mountainside location affords ski-in, ski-out convenience to all of the Alta ski area.

Reservation Deadline: Reservations must be received by January 10, 2013 for the Alta conference. A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the special discount rate of $350 single & $440 double. After the cut-off date or once the room block is full, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rates. A deposit of $1000 is required at time of booking. The balance with tax is due 45 days prior to arrival. Rates are based on a minimum of 5 nights. They DO NOT include lift tickets, taxes or fees. When calling the hotel, please identify yourself as aUC San Diego Radiology Conference participant.
The Rustler Lodge Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the planned arrival date will be refunded less a $150 per room processing fee. All other cancellations (regardless of the reason) will forfeit full payment [adjusted for any extent to which we are able to rebook all or any portion of the space]. Guests are responsible for all reserved dates and will be charged for all changes.
