Refund Policy

Radiology at Alta
January 29 – February 3, 2012
A full refund, less $50 will be allowed if requested on or before January 14, 2012. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

Radiology at Snowbird
February 5 – 10, 2012
A full refund, less $50 will be allowed if requested on or before January 21, 2012. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

Radiology at Snowbird
March 4 – 9, 2012
A full refund, less $50 will be allowed if requested on or before February 18, 2012. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
