Space is limited and your cancellation may allow someone else to attend in your place. It will also help ensure that we have the appropriate number of materials. We thank you in advance for this courtesy.
The full course tuition is refundable if your cancellation is received, on or before November 23, 2012. No refunds will be given after this date.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
