Registration

Online registration for the 14th Annual UC San Diego Stroke Conference is now closed. Walk-Ins will be welcomed at the door.

Special Needs: Advance notice of special needs for physically challenged participants and/or special dietary restrictions is requested. Contact Kevin Bentz or phone at (619) 543-7263 to request any special accommodations. All requests must be received 10 days in advance of intended activity start date.

The course syllabus will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive. Printed copies will not be available at the course.  The syllabus as well as any missing presentations will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.

Checks must be in US dollars, drawn on a US bank and made payable to UC REGENTS.

Cancellation Policy

The full course tuition is refundable, less $50 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before May 1, 2013. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
