Location and Accomodations
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the special discount rate of $179. Discounted rates apply until the reservation deadline of Monday, January 27, 2014, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first. Once the room block has been filled, discounted group rates may not be available. We encourage you to make your reservation early. Please identify yourself as a participant of UCSD Apheresis Conference when making your reservation.
You will need to provide the hotel with guest(s) name(s), home or business address, email address (if any), requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, twin or suites), check-in and check-out dates, and preference for smoking or non-smoking room. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a one night room and tax charge.
Parking: Complimentary on-site day parking is available. There is a discounted overnight parking fee of $17 per car, per night (normally $34 per car, per night).
By staying at the host hotel, you help UC San Diego meet their contractual obligations and keep registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
