The syllabus will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive. Printed copies will not be available at the course.
The syllabus as well as any missing presentations will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.

Checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank and should be made payable to UC REGENTS.
Cancellation Policy: A refund of the registration fee, minus a $100 processing fee will be allowed when requested in writing no later than January 15, 2013. No course registration refunds will be issued after this date.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
