Special Needs: Advance notice of special needs and/or dietary restrictions is requested at least two (2) weeks prior to the activity start date. Contact tee-review@ucsd.edu or (858) 657-7413 to submit your request.


The syllabus will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive. Printed copies will not be available at the course.

The syllabus as well as any missing presentations will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.


Cancellation Policy: A refund of the registration fee, minus a $100 processing fee will be allowed when requested in writing no later than January 15, 2015. No course registration refunds will be issued after this date.

In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
