Our activity app is a comprehensive guide to the activity you will be attending. It includes access to the agenda, faculty, presentations, accreditation information, hotel information, fellow attendees, maps, contact info, supporters, exhibitors, WiFi information, surveys and other information. You will be able to use this app to make personalized agendas and network with fellow attendees and faculty. The app will enable you to receive live updates and will contain the most up-to-date activity information.

Please note that activity specific set up instructions will be available to you at the activity registration table or on the activity website.

Meeting Pre-Registrants, Start Here

Q. I am pre-registered for a course and I received an e-mail invitation from CME Program Manager and/or Crowd Compass to download the app?

Step 1: Open your Crowd Compass email invitation on your mobile device and choose to "Downlaod the app". You may also visit either the Apple app Store or Google Play Store and search for "AttendeeHub". Install the app.

Note: If you plan on using a laptop there will be a specific web link provided that will allow you access to the web-based version of the app. This link should have been included in the email communication that you received from the CME Program Manager.

Step 2: Once the app opens up to the listing of events, scroll up to find <Your Activity Title> and click to download the content of the app. A green bar will appear at the bottom of the event box to show the status of the download. It should finish within seconds if you are connected to WiFi. Once completed, click the event box again to open up to the content.

Step 3: Input your information. Click on the "Attendees" Icon and the app will prompt you to log-in. Enter your first name, last name and the e-mail that you used to register for the activity.

Note: If you can not remember which email you used to register for the activity, please check with the CME registration desk. They will be able to supply it to you.

Step 4: Check the e-mail address that you used in step 3 (the same one you used when you registered for the activity). You should recieve a 4-digit verifitcation code. Go back to the app and enter the 4-digit code.

Important! Please Note: Logging out of the app will require you to re-enter your log-in credentials. You will have to go through step 3 and 4 to recieve a new 4-digit verification code (codes reset every 24-hours).

Q: How do I locate and download the AttendeeHub app?


  1. On your iOS device, open the AppStore.
  2. Search for "AttendeeHub".
  3. Select “FREE” to begin downloading the app to your phone.
  4. You will need to enter your apple ID to begin the download.
  5. Once the download is complete, select “OPEN” from the app Store or navigate directly to app icon that is now saved on your iOS device.
  6. Select the event you wish to view from the available listings.


  1. On your mobile device open Google Play.
  2. Search for"AttendeeHub" using the magnifying glass icon found in the top right corner.
  3. Select "AttendeeHub by Crowd Compass Inc." app that appears in the list of available apps.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Click Accept for app permissions.
  6. Once the download is complete, select Open from the Play Store screen or navigate directly to the app icon that is now saved on your Android device.


Those users who choose to access the app via their laptop can do so by inputting the link that is found on your confirmation e-mail.

Note: All general information regarding a specific course will be freely available to view without log-in information with the exception of the faculty list, agenda and the attendee list. To register for the activity, select the "Register Now" icon. Once you are a pre-registrant for a specific conference, an email (to the email address that you providing during the conference registration process) will be sent to you granting full access to that specific event guide.

Q: Which browser should I use?

Works best on Chrome and Firefox browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer, our advice is to access the event in 'Private Browsing' mode.

Q: How do I contact CrowdCompass Technical Support?

If you or your attendees have any support needs right before or during your event, please have them email or call support as well.
