Meeting Pre-Registrants, Start Here

Q. I am pre-registered for a course and I received an e-mail invitation from Crowd Compass to download the app?

Step 1: You will receive an email from Crowd Compass… it will read "Mobile app access for <Conference Title>…". Open the email and click the link to Create your account. Since you will be opening this link from your email, it will already associate it with your account information. You will only need to provide a Display Name (generally we suggestion using your First & Last Name) and a password. Once you are done filling out the form, click Confirm. Please note: If you already have a Crowd Compass account set-up from a previous UCSD CME Conference, you will only be asked to Confirm your attendance.

Step 2: Go to either your Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Search for UCSD CME. More than likely we will be the only app that appears. Install the app.

Step 3: Once the app opens up to the listing of events, scroll up to find "<Conference Title>" and click to download the content of the app. A green bar will appear at the bottom to show the status of the download. It should finish within seconds if you are connected to WiFi. Once completed, click the box again to open up to the content.

Step 4: Click on the Agenda Icon and it will prompt you to sign-in. Use the Crowd Compass log-in that you just established through the email that you received in Step 1. Once you are signed-in, you won't be prompted to provide your credentials again unless you just so happen to log-out of the system. After this step you should have full-access to all content within this particular event guide.
