Submit an Abstract online
Abstract submission wesbite is hosted by the UCSD School of Medicine.

Abstract Deadline EXTENDED to July 17th, 8:00 pm PDT

You may edit your abstract and/or view your status at any time via the above link until the deadline.

Please remember your login information and password.

The abstract program works best with Windows Internet Explorer. If you are submitting an abstract using a MAC, Firefox is the recommended browser.

Note: An automated e-mail will be sent confirming your abstract submission. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your abstract submission was not successful. The submission process is managed by the UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education office, and confirmations and notifications will be issued by UC San Diego.

Abstract Format:

The header should contain the Title, Authors and Affiliations. List all authors immediately following the title. Place an asterisk before the name of the presenter. List institutional affiliations following the list of authors. Leave 2 lines before starting the abstract text and leave a blank line between paragraphs. Abstracts should be single-spaced and left justified. Do not exceed 300 words. Please include the full correspondence address for the presenting author.
