Meeting Hotel Location
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the special discount rates of $385 (single/double). The Resort Charge of $25 will be waived if you book within our meeting group block. Discounted rates apply until the reservation deadline of Monday, June 12, 2017, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first. Once the room block has been filled discounted group rates may not be available. We encourage you to make your reservation early. Please identify yourself as a participant of the UC San Diego 30th Annual In Vitro Fertilization meeting when making your reservation.
Please note: To receive the discounted group rate, lodging must be booked directly with the hotel by phone or by using the hotel's reservation portal.
By staying at the host hotel, you help UC San Diego meet its contractual obligations and keep registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available (reduced from $37)
Location and Access: The Hotel Del Coronado is located just 9 miles or 15 easy minutes from the San Diego International Airport. The average cost of a taxi each way is $25. The Hotel has a transportation support service, which includes shuttle vans, mini vans, limousines, town cars and coaches. The hotel is 10 minutes from San Diego’s glittering skyline and downtown Gaslamp District. The coastal village of Coronado featuring shopping and restaurants is within a very easy stroll from the hotel as well. Click here for more information.
