Web Modules

The Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Hemophilia Web-Based Modules are an expanding series of presentations and videos designed to provide foundational information on musculoskeletal ultrasound in hemophilia, and are available free of charge. Topics include anatomy, joint mechanics and physiology, basic physics of ultrasound imaging, normal sonoanatomy, Power Doppler, MRI vs MSKUS in hemophilia, point-of-care MSKUS for hemophilic joints, pediatric considerations, and point-of-care MSKUS for bleed detection.

These modules are intended to supplement the in-person Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Hemophilia course, but are accessible for others that wish to expand their knowledge in this area. Registrants for the live program are encouraged to complete web modules 1, 2, 4, and 5 prior to attending the course (a total of 2 hours of web-based instruction).
