A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the special discount rate of $189+ tax. Discounted rates apply until the reservation deadline of June 8, 2016, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first. Once the room block has been filled, discounted group rates may not be available. We encourage you to make your reservation early. Please identify yourself as a participant of the UC San Diego Superficial Anatomy conference when making your reservation.
Please note: To receive the discounted group rate, lodging must be booked directly with the hotel by phone or by using the hotel's reservation portal . Please use caution with any independent hotel booking companies that contact you directly.
By staying at the host hotel, you help UC San Diego meet its contractual obligations and keep registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.

Parking: The hotel will extend a self parking rate of $5 per day/night. Valet Parking is $10 per day/night. Both rates include unlimited in and out privileges.
Campus Parking During Labs: Parking permits are required for parking on the UC San Diego campus. Daily permits may be purchased at the registration desk. We strongly urge you to use the transportation provided by the conference. Parking is extremely limited at UC San Diego. Parking citations will be given if you do not have a permit.
Transportation to Labs: A bus schedule will be included in your registration materials.
