The course syllabus will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive. Printed copies will not be available at the course.
The syllabus, as well as any missing presentations, will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.

Checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank and should be made payable to UC REGENTS.
The full course tuition is refundable, less $50 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before January 1, 2013. No refunds will be allowed after this date.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego Continuing Medical Education is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
